Dr. Nadav Navon, Ph.D. has been Chief Operating Officer of Intec Pharma Ltd. since July 2017. Dr. Navon served as an Executive Vice President of Research & Development and Operations at Intec Pharma Ltd. from March 2015 to July 2017. He served as Vice President of R&D & Operations at Intec Pharma Ltd. since May 2013. He joined Intec Pharma in 2006 as the Analytical R&D Manager. Before joining Intec, he headed the analytical and quality assurance operations at Sharon Laboratories Ltd. from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, Dr. Navon led a number of R&D projects in the Negev's Nuclear Research Center. Dr. Navon earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, PhD in inorganic and analytical chemistry and an MBA each from Ben-Gurion University in Beer-Sheva, Israel.

Mr. Zeev Weiss has been Clinical and Business Development Consultant at Intec Pharma Ltd. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from October 7, 2014 to May 3, 2017. Mr. Weiss served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations at Intec Pharma Ltd. since September 2006. Mr. Weiss served as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Intec Pharma Ltd. since November 07, 2013 until October 2014. He has over 10 years of experience in healthcare corporate development, strategic planning and corporate finance. Prior to joining Intec Pharma, he served as Head of Life Sciences Strategic Consulting with PwC Israel, leading numerous business development and corporate strategy projects for many biopharmaceutical and medical device companies throughout the Israeli industry. He served as a Director of Intec Pharma Ltd. from October 2014 to May 3, 2017. Mr. Weiss is a CPA and has completed BSc studies in Biology, MSc studies in Neuro-Biochemistry and BA studies in accounting, all at Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Nir Sassi has been the Chief Financial Officer of Intec Pharma Ltd. since August 1, 2016. Mr. Sassi served as Vice President of Finance at Intec Pharma Ltd. since January 2015 until August 1, 2016. Mr. Sassi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Intec Pharma Ltd since April 2010 until January 2015. Prior to joining Intec Pharma, Mr. Sassi served as Senior Manager in PwC Israel, including two years relocation in PwC New York and has an experience in auditing public and private companies, primarily in the fields of life sciences and technology. Mr. Sassi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics awarded by Ben-Gurion University and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Prof. Zamir Halpern serves as the Head of the Gastroenterology Department and Deputy General Manager at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical center. Prof. Halpern serves as the Head of The Department of Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases at the Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov Hospital) and a professor of internal medicine at Tel Aviv University, both in Tel Aviv, Israel. He serves as a consultant to medical devices companies such as: Peer medical. Smart, GI View and others. He is one of the leading gastroenterologists in Israel and well recognized over the world. He has vast clinical experience in Israel and abroad, among others at the Department of Gastroenterology and Gastrointestinal Research Unit, Cleveland Clinic Foundation; the Academic Department of Medicine, The Royal Free Hospital, London and Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. Prof. Halpern served as Chairman of the Israeli Association for the Study of Liver from 1999 to 2001 and is Member of prestige Medical Associations in Israel, USA and Europe and has published more than 100 original publications. Prof. Halpern served as Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Intec Pharma Ltd. until March 4 2016. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of Medivizor International Limited. Prof. Halpern serves as a Member of Medical Advisory Board at ODF Medical Ltd. He served as a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Galmed Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prof. Halpern is an agastroenterologist. He is the author of more than 150 scientific publications and he is the head of research laboratory affiliated to Tel-Aviv University and his main interest is in personal nutrition and GI immunology. He is graduate from the Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, he continued his academic studies at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University.

Walt Linscott serves as the Chief Business Officer of Intec Pharma Ltd.. Walt started at Intec Pharma Ltd. in Oct of 2017. Walt currently resides in the Greater Atlanta Area.
