New leadership. Invest in chairs for GS (hint; customers DONT care if we sit down). Treat your employees better. Pay everyone of one category the same amount. Hire more people. Know that your servers are the backbone.

The actual General manager at the North Miami location should actually act like he's the GM, and not the front of House manager (short Dominican) who attempts to control everything. They hire old pervs, Winfil (manager) also makes pervy comments about young employees. They bullied one employee out.
