The actual General manager at the North Miami location should actually act like he's the GM, and not the front of House manager (short Dominican) who attempts to control everything. They hire old pervs, Winfil (manager) also makes pervy comments about young employees. They bullied one employee out.
Actually working and not leaving everything on their staff

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Waiting on a raise in October will be a year
The pay isn't equal. Neither are hours.
The chefs spend all day in their office. The soup chef constantly complains of ever little pain she has and her pain only matters
They make broken promise a bout raises
No one knows what they are doing
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing. Managers do all the talking and don't take suggestions from servers, bartenders, runners, or GS
Family aura makes things better

They will need to work on everything

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Open communication and accountability is a must
New leadership. Invest in chairs for GS (hint; customers DONT care if we sit down). Treat your employees better. Pay everyone of one category the same amount. Hire more people. Know that your servers are the backbone.
