Mr. William M. Moore has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of IRIDEX Corporation since August 2012. Mr. Atabak Mokari has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at IRIDEX Corporation since July 11, 2016. Mr. Mokari has over 18 years of finance and strategy experience from working with leading companies in the medical technology industry. Over the course of his career, he assisted his clients to reach their strategic objectives via capital raises, mergers & acquisitions and advisory services. He served as an Analyst at Olympus Partners, Olympus Growth Fund II, L.P., Olympus Growth Fund III, L.P., Olympus Growth Fund IV, L.P. and Olympus Growth Fund V, L.P. He joined Olympus in 2000. He was responsible for financial analysis, due diligence and new investment solicitation. He worked at First Union Securities, where he focused on acquisitions, strategic sales, leveraged buyouts and refinancings of middle market companies in the telecom and healthcare industries. Prior to joining IRIDEX, he served as a Senior Investment Banker at Wells Fargo Securities from September 2013 to July 2016, UBS from September 2009 to July 2013 and Credit Suisse from July 2005 to February 2009. Mr. Mokari also held positions at Olympus Partners and Bowles Hollowell Conner. Mr. Mokari earned his MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and BS in Chemistry and Biology from Duke University.

Ms. Stacie Rodgers has been the Vice President of Human Resources at IRIDEX Corporation since January, 2015. Ms. Rodgers joined IRIDEX Corporation in March, 2014 as Director of Human Resources until January 2015. Prior to March, 2014, Ms. Rodgers worked at S Rodgers Consulting from January 2012 to March 2014. She assisted start up's and established companies with strategies regarding Human Capital. Prior to consulting, she worked at Cutera from 1999-2012, where she served as the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to 1999, she worked at Coherent from 1986 to 1999. She holds a BA degree from Santa Clara University.

Dr. George R. Marcellino, Ph.D., has been Vice President of Clinical Affairs at IRIDEX Corporation since October 2, 2017. Dr. Marcellino has been a Co-founder and Vice President of Clinical Sciences & Global Advocacy at OptiMedica Corporation since 2004. Dr. Marcellino is a Co-Founder of Sunnyvale. He served as Vice President of Clinical Development at OptiMedica Corporation. He is widely known in the medical community and has more than 25 years experience in the medical device industry, which includes management and director level roles at Laserscope, Inc., Cooper Laseronics, Inc. and Oximetrix ?????? all located in the San Francisco Bay area. Since the inception of OptiMedica in 2004 through its merger with Abbott Medical Optics in 2013, Dr. Marcellino served diverse executive positions including Vice President of Marketing and Chief Financial Officer. From 1988 to 2003, he served senior research, sales and marketing roles at Santa Clara, CA-based Coherent, Inc and its subsequent embodiment Lumenis, Ltd. He has coordinated a variety of research efforts in Ophthalmology, including Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) for the treatment of Glaucoma, Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) for the treatment of Exudative Age-related Macular Degeneration and Selective Retinal Therapy. Prior to joining OptiMedica, Dr. Marcellino served as Senior Director of Research at Lumenis. He directed the worldwide sales and marketing organizations and headed the clinical research and development efforts at the Coherent Medical Group. He managed a 100-person sales and marketing team and helped to establish many innovative products including the Novus 2000 Photocoagulator, the Laser Indirect Ophthalmoscope and Laserlink delivery system. He has been Director of IRIDEX Corporation since December 31, 2014. Dr. Marcellino has authored 14 peer-reviewed articles in scientific journals, two textbook chapters and is an inventor on four patents. He received his B.Sc., M.S. and Ph. D. in Sensory Physiology and Psychophysics, from the City University of New York.
