Hands-off management (no micro-managing). Good hiring practices, and trusts employees to get their jobs done. Also communicates clearly and regularly on what the company is doing, what goals are, how sales and everything else is doing, and what our goals as a company are.

People have a sense of humor. No one is trying to squash self-expression or humor or fun. People can just organically be themselves and have a few laughs here and there. At the same time, it's quite professional and for the most part the humor is not inappropriate.

Obviously 401k matching is a big money-maker. But there's also the ESOPP that allows employees to also make money on being able to purchase stock at a discount of 15% or more every 6 mos. That's huge. It really helps us save. Overall, Iron has one of the best benefits packages of anywhere.
