The company went through a complete turnaround several years ago and has been fantastic since then. We are like a family and enjoy working together.

This is a place where every member of the team grows and evolves as our products grow and evolve. This is not a big company so everyone has to wear multiple hats and carry big responsibilities. Trust and Communication are the foundation and change is constant so flexibility is a minimum requirement.

The transparency in communicating key information to ensure the company as a whole is informed is like no other company I have worked for in the past. The leadership team also makes time to listen to concerns of employees; I feel like I truly have a voice.

Leadership team is focused on providing products and data analytics to help equipment dealers market used equipment quickly and profitably.

Hands-off management (no micro-managing). Good hiring practices, and trusts employees to get their jobs done. Also communicates clearly and regularly on what the company is doing, what goals are, how sales and everything else is doing, and what our goals as a company are.

The pay could be higher but the benefits are really good.

Full benefits + quarterly bonuses. After docking pay to keep everyone onboard through the pandemic, they restored our pay and are even paying us back the money we didn't receive.

I have the tools to easily review the benefits I have opted to partake in.

Obviously 401k matching is a big money-maker. But there's also the ESOPP that allows employees to also make money on being able to purchase stock at a discount of 15% or more every 6 mos. That's huge. It really helps us save. Overall, Iron has one of the best benefits packages of anywhere.

Everyone enjoys working together and we have a fun work environment.

We are a close group with active chatrooms where people aren't scared to ask questions and learn from one another. There is plenty of room to grow and shine and every person is treated as an sme in something. This is definitely a place where people are trusted to carry their weight while teaching.

My team is self-motivated, fun, and communicates well. We keep things low-stress. Also, it's easy to ask for help here or get people's opinions on things.

The people who work there really enjoy each other and we are able to get a lot done with very little conflict.

Weekly company standups keep everyone on the same page for corporate info, open office environment, open wfh, make your own schedule and everyone is very approachable.

I'm coming from a burn-out culture and Iron Solutions is really good about not doing this to people. It has never been a problem to go to the doctor for example. We assign our work together so the work-load is understood. As long as the work gets done, everything's good.

The layout of the office allows for various teams to easily interact throughout the day to complete tasks. By being surrounded by said teams, it gives one the opportunity to hear interactions amongst teams to give a better understanding of what projects are in motion.

Work environment is collaborative and productive.

Met everyone that I would be working with. Very clear expectations of what they were looking for and clear questions that allowed me to portray what I could bring to the team.

Interviewed with the whole team. Could tell right away that the team is easy to work with, friendly, and that they care about what they do.

I did not just interview with the department to which I was to hire-on for, but I had the opportunity to interview with other departments to which I would be working around and with.
