What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and upper management are very easy to talk to and care about what I have to say.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is self-motivated, fun, and communicates well. We keep things low-stress. Also, it's easy to ask for help here or get people's opinions on things.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewed with the whole team. Could tell right away that the team is easy to work with, friendly, and that they care about what they do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm getting to use current web technologies and architectures. I also get immediate feedback from our sales team on how the site is doing and feel like I'm making meaningful contributions that make people happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm coming from a burn-out culture and Iron Solutions is really good about not doing this to people. It has never been a problem to go to the doctor for example. We assign our work together so the work-load is understood. As long as the work gets done, everything's good.
