Mr. Thomas N. Blair, also known as Tom, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Agriculture & Weather Analytics at Iteris, Inc. since August 7, 2017 and August 14, 2017 respectively. Mr. Blair served as Senior Vice President of Performance Analytics at Iteris, Inc.

Mr. Todd Kreter has been Senior Vice President at Iteris, Inc. since June 2014 and has been its General Manager of Roadway Sensors since May 29, 2014. Mr. Kreter oversees the strategic and operating components of the Roadway Sensors business unit. He served as an Interim General Manager of Roadway Sensors at Iteris, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Sensors Development and Operations of Roadway Sensors at Iteris, Inc., since May 2009. He served as Vice President of Engineering at Iteris, Inc. from November 2007 to May 2009. He has over 25 years of engineering, operations and program management experience in Transportation, Aerospace and IT industries. Prior to joining Iteris from June 2004 to January 2007, he served as the Vice President of Global Services at Quantum Corporation, where he managed its worldwide customer service organization. From May 1998 to June 2004, Mr. Kreter held several positions, including Vice President, Operations, Vice President, Engineering and Vice President, Quality at Quantum Corporation. From 1994 to 1998, he held management positions in engineering and operations with ATL Products, Inc., where he was responsible for the design, development and production of various products. He served as Vice President of Operations of ATL Products, Inc. since June 1996 and Director of Operations from January 1993 to June 1996. He served as a Project Manager of Odetics from 1990 to 1992. He served as an Engineer for Omutec, a division of Odetics from 1986 to 1990. Prior to 1986, he served as a Research and Development Engineer at Ford Aerospace Corporation. Mr. Kreter holds an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration from Stanford University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.

Mr. Ramin Massoumi, PE, has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Transportation Systems at Iteris, Inc. since March 2015. Mr. Massoumi joined Iteris in 1998 and oversees its Transportation Systems division. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Business Development from June 2011 to March 2015. Throughout his career, his focus has been in the application of advanced technologies in the traffic management market and has led projects throughout the United States and the Middle East. He serves as a Lecturer of upper division courses on transportation engineering, ITS and multi-modal operation at University of California at Irvine. Mr. Massoumi holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, an M.S. degree in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California Irvine.
