Our leadership team is super transparent about successes, roadblocks, and the hiring process. Their obvious passion about the product and where our company is going makes it exciting to come to work every day.

My team is creative, whip smart, and FUNNY. You can see that come through in the content we produce and in the ideas on the table for how we can keep improving. I love the collaboration process here.

You meet all the people you will be directly working with but also the CEO! How many companies can say that you'll chat with the CEO before getting hired? I love that he personally signs off on every hire.

We're a fun, fast-paced environment without any of the negative connotations making this a very creatively stimulating place to work. The leadership team is generous with praise and also very direct. That communication style is modeled by the CEO and is a refreshing way to work.
