My interviewers asked more real world questions to test my knowledge vs. typical coding algorithm questions that do not always translate to actual work that is done during the job.

The interview questions went right to the heart of what I would be working on every day, so there was no sense of artificiality in difficulty or worthwhileness.

You meet all the people you will be directly working with but also the CEO! How many companies can say that you'll chat with the CEO before getting hired? I love that he personally signs off on every hire.
