There is a clear goal I can understand from my leadership and it is easy to communicate ideas and plans of attack with leadership.

Everyone is very smart and hardworking. At the same time everyone is easy to talk to and we can have fun discussions both work related and non-work related.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewers asked more real world questions to test my knowledge vs. typical coding algorithm questions that do not always translate to actual work that is done during the job.
