Each executive brings something different to the table, and they understand how to collaborate in a way that steers the company toward a unified goal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed being able to talk out ideas I had for how to be successful, and feeling like I was already collaborating without knowing whether or not I'd have the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, openness and creativity are what makes us work so well together. No one has an ego, everyone is pleasant and fun to work with, and we help each other out when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's an open book. Anyone can make a contribution or recommendation on anything from product improvements to what kind of snacks we have to the music selection to what activities we do as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling comfortable in the work environment, and having a work purpose that I can help shape as the company evolves. Being autonomous but knowing I can raise my hand when I need to. It's like working independently while having a team to lean on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not only am I paid fairly, but the option to have equity in the company made working here all the more enticing. Knowing we have the potential to reap some huge benefits is a great incentive to doing good work -- and committing to the long run.
