What did you like most about the interview process?
Multiple meetings with different groups.
My interviewers asked more real world questions to test my knowledge vs. typical coding algorithm questions that do not always translate to actual work that is done during the job.
The interview questions went right to the heart of what I would be working on every day, so there was no sense of artificiality in difficulty or worthwhileness.
Good communication on status of my application.
You meet all the people you will be directly working with but also the CEO! How many companies can say that you'll chat with the CEO before getting hired? I love that he personally signs off on every hire.
Getting to speak with so many different executives and key players at Jackpocket. It gave me insight to the way top tier employees function and what they expect from their employees.
I enjoyed being able to talk out ideas I had for how to be successful, and feeling like I was already collaborating without knowing whether or not I'd have the job.
