
Two things; resolving a customer's issue in a way that enables them to tackle it in the future themselves should it arise, and gaining new certifications that will help me move my career forward and bring enjoyment to know new things.
They actually walk the talk they give. I have worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller organizations but none of those leadership teams actually followed through. Juniper's leadership team does it themselves which encourages employees to join in with all their initiatives.
