they are understanding and listen well
They listen, care and exhibit high-performance characteristics on a regular basis
Flexibility, new opportunities, aim to help
Good leadership team at Juniper.
They actually walk the talk they give. I have worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller organizations but none of those leadership teams actually followed through. Juniper's leadership team does it themselves which encourages employees to join in with all their initiatives.
Paying attention to what’s actually going
Paying existing employees, but people who join from outside are paid well
Stock Price and Profitability have been lagging for YEARS
Total compensation including base salary
the pay package is highly competitive
Fosters and encourages peak performance
Salary is the best part
Good CTC structure which exceeds market average significantly.
Bas pay is less. Stocks are not given to many roles
I am not being paid enough
working for less than 40 per of market
a pay raise or a promotion. get either only if you threaten to quit
A higher compensation will make me feel valuable
Innovative, driven, success-oriented, collaborative, team players
There is a high bar for performance and people care about the company
Mixed team, professionals, open to help,
Highly talented individuals who are committed
team memb are very good
There are too many people with "senior" in their title and they let it go their head. The best people I work with have no senior in title
Review from Engineering Dept
The innovation and freedom/autonomy to do what's required in the field to win
Work life balance, work from home
The most positive aspect is that Juniper offers many opportunities to learn and develop. Employees are encouraged to take the time to learn and grow.
Positive work culture in Jun
The leadership creates room to wiggle, try and fail
Promote people into leadership roles who actually know what they are doing
pay your existing employee better, value smart people
Strong leadership. Too much middle management. Too many VPs, way too many useless SVPs.
Review from Engineering Dept
The laid-back nature, personalized, candid and transparent
To the point. The recruiters very effective in communication
The panel members make you comfortable. Overall it gives you a positive experience.
We merged into and were bought by Juniper. It was not a traditional interviewing process. Everyone was very supportive and respectful.
Good and talented interview panel

The people i work with
The fact that I am able to learn and do what I like and also to get paid doing it
Work from home, PTO and other benefits
Two things; resolving a customer's issue in a way that enables them to tackle it in the future themselves should it arise, and gaining new certifications that will help me move my career forward and bring enjoyment to know new things.
Seeing the company thrive. When I joined Juniper Networks, the company was not making money and lay-offs happened every quarter. I feel I made a difference in Juniper's return to profitability.
higher management is needs to be reorganised
Many areas from culture to treatment and more.
Review from Engineering Dept
we need new executive leadership starting with a new CEO.
We have meetings with the director, the manager. Half the day is spent in meetings. Agile is diligently followed at Juniper by clueless managers and leadership. Terrible waste of time.
Review from Engineering Dept
Exec leadership touts that they are changing course, but they aren't. I think they are just talking until they can get bought.
