Mr. Brian R. Adams has been General Counsel of Keryx Biopharmaceuticals Inc. since April 2014 and has been its Senior Vice President since February 17, 2017 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Adams has significant legal and business management experience within the pharmaceutical industry. He served as Vice President of Keryx Biopharmaceuticals Inc until January 29, 2016. Mr. Adams joined Keryx Biopharmaceuticals from Algeta ASA. Mr. Adams received a BA degree from Harvard University and a law degree (JD) from the Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law.

Ms. Christine A. Carberry, CSAP, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 16, 2017 and has been its Senior Vice President since February 17, 2017. Ms. Carberry served as an Senior Vice President of Quality, Technical Operations, Program & Alliance Management at FORUM Pharmaceuticals Inc. until January 2017. She served as a Senior Vice President of Quality, Technical Operations at FORUM Pharmaceuticals Inc and served as its Vice President of Program and Alliance Management. Ms. Carberry joined Biogen in 1984 and held many positions in Technical Operations, including managing the start-up of Biogen's manufacturing facility in the Netherlands from 1999 to 2001. She has approximately 30 years of biotech and pharmaceutical leadership experience. She has operational excellence in technical operations and strategic development, including research, development and lifecycle management for commercial medicines. She serves as a Director of Association Of Strategic Alliance Professionals Inc. She served as Program Executive of the LFA-1 program, which is developing orally active small molecule antagonists that work to inhibit T-cell migration and activation that can lead to inflammatory diseases. Ms. Carberry holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Technology Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire. She is a Certified Strategic Alliance Professional.

Robert Nisch serves as the Vice President CMC Operations of Keryx Biopharmaceuticals. Robert started at Keryx Biopharmaceuticals in June of 2016. Robert currently resides in Greater Philadelphia Area.

Michael Crispin serves as the Vice President, Technology and Digital Operations of Keryx Biopharmaceuticals. Michael started at Keryx Biopharmaceuticals in October of 2017. Michael currently resides in Greater Boston Area.
