Mr. John Antwi, Acc.Dir. has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Planning at Klondex Mines Ltd. since November 7, 2017. Mr. Antwi served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Klondex Mines Ltd. since June 2016. Mr. Antwi has over 24 years of mining industry experience. He served as Regional Director of Business Development at Newmont Mining Corporation in North America. Prior to joining Newmont, he was a Geology Superintendent at AngloGold Ashanti, where he worked for 13 years and managed technical projects. Mr. Antwi is a geological engineering graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and holds a Master's degree in Mineral Economics from Colorado School of Mines.

Michael Doolin is a 25-year veteran of the mining industry with substantial experience in the design and permitting of mining projects; extensive work in milling, metallurgy and assay operations and a vast knowledge in permitting and milling. He also has years of experience successfully managing small and large teams on multiple projects. He served most recently with Great Basin Gold as the Esmeralda Mill Manager where he was responsible for all on-site operations. Mr. Doolin's experience also includes tenures with McClelland Laboratories, Eagle Pilcher Minerals, GD Resources, Marigold Mining, Corona Gold, and Round Mountain Gold, all in Nevada gold country. He earned his Bachelors of Science degrees in Metallurgical Engineering and Chemistry from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.

Mr. Barry L. Dahl, Acc.Dir. has been the Chief Financial Officer of Klondex Mines Ltd. since November 15, 2013 and its Corporate Secretary November 2013. Mr. Dahl served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Argonaut Gold Inc., since January 25, 2010 until November 14, 2013. Mr. Dahl served as Corporate Controller of Andean Resources since 2009 and also served as the Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer at Hettinger Welding LLC from 2007 to 2009 and also the Director of External Reporting and Internal Controls at Meridian Gold Inc. from 2003 to 2007. He has been granted the designation of Certified Public Accountant by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Mr. Dahl's holds a B.s. Accounting from Brigham Young University, as well as an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.

Mr. Brian Morris, Acc.Dir. has been Senior Vice President of Exploration at Klondex Mines Ltd. since January 1, 2015 and served as its Vice President Exploration and Geology Services. Mr. Morris serves as Vice President of Exploration of Goldstone Resources Inc. He served as Vice-President of Exploration at Premier Gold Mines Limited since October 24, 2011. He served as President of American Mining and Tunneling. He is considered to be an expert in both epithermal vein systems and Carlin style deposits. He has a strong history in project exploration and development, particularly in the United States. He has more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He served as Vice-President and General Manager for Rio Grande Silver, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Hecla Mining Company and was instrumental in permitting and re-opening the Equity Mine and in completing a re-evaluation of the Bulldog Mine, both located in Colorado. Prior to working for Hecla, Mr. Morris was employed at Great Basin Gold Limited in Nevada, most notably as North American Exploration and Business Development Manager from 2008 to 2010 and as Chief Geologist of the high grade Hollister Gold Mine from 2007 to 2008. He also served as Vice President of Geology and Business Development at Hollister Gold Mine. From 2002 to 2007, he worked at Newmont Mining Corporation's Midas Operations in several senior capacities and also served as a senior geologist at their Nevada District Exploration Group. Prior to this, he was a Production Geologist at the high-grade Meikle Mine for Barrick Gold Corporation. Mr. Morris holds a B.A. in Geology from Humboldt State University in California.

Brian Morris serves as the Senior Vice President Exploration of klondex Mines. Brian currently resides in the Reno, Nevada Area.
