Mr. John W. Fredericks has been Chairman, Owner and President of Fredericks Fuel and Heating Service, Oak Ridge, NJ since January 1, 2002. Mr. Fredericks is the Founder of Lakeland BanCorp. Inc. He served as the President of Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. from May 19, 1989 to May 31, 1999 and Lakeland Bank from May 19, 1969 to May 31, 1999. He served as the Chairman and Owner since January 1, 2002 and prior to that President and Owner of Fredericks Fuel and Heating Service, Oak Ridge, NJ. Mr. Fredericks served as the Chairman of Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. from June 1, 1999 to May 25, 2011 and Lakeland Bank from June 1, 1999 to May 25, 2011. He has been a Director Emeritus of Lakeland Bank since May 25, 2011. He served as a Director of Lakeland BanCorp. Inc., and Lakeland Bank from 1989 to May 25, 2011. His educational background (including a BS in Business Administration and Chemical Engineering from MIT and participation in a Corporation Board Management seminar at the Harvard Business School).

Harry Neinstedt serves as the Senior Vice President of Lakeland Bank. Harry started at Lakeland Bank in August of 2012. Harry currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
