culture is to micromanage employees, write ups for one mistake and lots of talking behind each others backs among management

It's been great working here and when you work at a place you like and feel positive about, it makes the customer also positive. We greet everyone that comes in the door to make them feel special, I feel like this is a great way to get to know your customer. I've made many a friend in customers
I have had a very positive experience at lakeshore. The leadership rolls are shoes that are hard to fill amd each and everyone that take the mew step into it has Exceeded my expectations. I could not ask for better supervisors, better co-workers, or a better company.
