What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly and helpful and kind
Some coworkers are positive and great to work with
Thar they care about the employee no less than their abolity to get the job done is refreshing .
Our customers are made up of teachers, most likely about 65% and the other percent are parents. All of the stores host a craft every Saturday for the kids-they love it! It gives the parents time to shop while the kids are engaged. Teachers often join too, it gives them ideas for the classroom
Work hard but what you put into it is what you get out of it. Career opportunities are great for hardworking, smart, flexible people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
leaders should give clear expectations and be respectful and caring toward their employees.
culture is to micromanage employees, write ups for one mistake and lots of talking behind each others backs among management
