I joined P1K a few years ago. We calmly do our job and think about what else can we do to boost the company's products. Since we've got rid of the office I slightly lack contact and engagement, on the other hand, flexibility is great. The overall experience is positive.

It is free and open, at the same time there is structure and discipline so that we rarely have overtime
