What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There were great corporate events while we were in office. There are no problems with getting days-off, or sick leaves.
Respectful communication, attention to feelings and motivation
Everybody is equal, can ask for opinion or advise and you will be not judged for that.
The company helps newcomers to become a part of a friendly, professional, and supportive community, shows interest in how they feel and what challenges they face. If you need any help, you will always get it.
