Ms. Patti A. Smith, CPA has been Consultant of The LGL Group, Inc. since November 6, 2017. Ms. Smith served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of The LGL Group, Inc. since April 20, 2015 until November 6, 2017. Ms. Smith served as the Director of Financial Reporting and Human Resources at The LGL Group, Inc. since March 2015, as its Financial Reporting and Human Resources Manager since April 2014 and as the Financial Reporting Manager since September 2012. From July 2011 to May 2012, she served as a Director of Financial Reporting for CNL Financial Group, Inc. (CNL), one of the nation's leading private investment management firms. From August 2007 to July 2011, she served as the Vice President of Private Equity Accounting for CNL. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of New York. She holds a BS degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College.
