The parts division operates in the independent aftermarket sector of the UK motor retail market, where it operates through three operating companies including a national warehouse distributor of quality branded automotive parts, providing aftermarket services for 'dry' braking and a distributor of turbochargers and supplier of related value added services. It supplies automotive parts to the independent automotive aftermarket serving the whole of the UK. The Company competes with the aftersales market comprising similar franchised businesses, supply and fit chains, and a number of small independent garages and bodyshops.
