He served as Chief Operating Officer of Predictive Biosciences, Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Schneebaum served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Predictive Biosciences, Inc., since 2011 until January 2013 and served as its President. He served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Sensors for Medicine and Science Inc. (also known as Senseonics Holdings, Inc) from 1997 to 2010 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since May 1997. He spent the previous 13 years with Sensors for Medicine and Science, Inc. He served as a consultant in the healthcare industry. Mr. Schneebaum served as a Senior Vice President of Finance & Business Development and Chief Financial Officer of Genetic Therapy, Inc. (GTI)., since 1991 until 1997. At Genetic Therapy, he completed a successful IPO and three additional public stock offerings and raised over id=mce_marker00 Million prior to participating in the negotiation and implementation of its merger with Sandoz AG (now Novartis). He began his career in the accounting and auditing group at KPMG, advancing to Senior Manager in the management consulting group. Mr. Schneebaum served as Vice President of Alex Brown & Sons Incorporated From 1987 to 1991. He serves on the board of the March of Dimes of Maryland. He serves as Director of Stemina Biomarker Discovery, Inc. He served as an Independent Director of GenVec, Inc. since April 19, 2007 until June 16, 2017. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Schneebaum received his Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
