Absolutely fantastic and fun I enjoy going to work everyday
This company pays too little and asks too much of it's employees. Long shifts and overloaded schedules make it a dismal place to work at best. Many stores are grossly understaffed by team members who probably should of never been hired to begin with. Employee appreciation is of no concern to corp.
I dislike this place and I wish they would appreciate their employees more.
We pay less than smaller companies
IBM offers the ability to have many careers at one company. From consultant to skills analyst to experience designer - I feel like I get to learn new skills and change teams regularly which keeps things interesting!
