Mr. Ori Hadomi has been the Chief Executive Officer of Mazor Robotics Ltd. since January 2003. Mr. Hadomi served as a Senior Financial Analyst of Intel Electronics in Israel in 1995. He joined DenX Ltd. in 1997 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since 1997. He served as Head of Corporate Development at DenX Ltd. He has been a Director of Mazor Robotics Ltd. since January 2003. Mr. Hadomi holds MA in Business Management and Industrial Chemistry from the Chemistry Technology Management program at the Hebrew University.

Ms. Sharon Levita has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Mazor Robotics Ltd. since February 2008 and has been its Vice President of Business Operations since June 19, 2017. Ms. Levita served as an Executive Vice President of Finance of Lumenis Ltd. since October 2001. Ms. Levita served as Senior Manager of Lumenis since November 1999 and also served as its Vice President of Finance and Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Lumenis Ltd., she served for five years as Head of the Israeli Desk at KPMG, Hungary and for four years at Luboshitz Kasierer, a Member firm of Arthur Andersen, in Israel. Ms. Levita holds a M.BA. in Finance Management from Bar-Ilan University, a B.A. in Accounting & Economics from Haifa University and a license as a CPA in Israel.

Mr. Christopher Prentice, also known as Chris, has been Chief Commercial Officer of Mazor Robotics Ltd. since June 19, 2017. Mr. Prentice has been the Chief Executive Officer of Mazor Robotics, Inc., a US subsidiary of Mazor Robotics Ltd. since October 14, 2014 and served as its Commercial Leader since July 2016. Mr. Prentice served as the Senior Vice President of America & Global Marketing at Mazor Robotics Ltd. since September 2013 until October 2014. He served as the Vice President of Marketing at Mazor Robotics Ltd. since July 2012 until September 2013. He has spent the past 16 years in healthcare management and focused on advancing new technologies in surgery. Prior to joining Mazor in 2010, he held leadership positions in marketing & sales at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company, Intuitive Surgical, Inc., and served on the leadership team of Tampa General Hospital. Mr. Prentice graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, has an MBA from Western New England University and an MHA from the University of South Florida.

Mr. Eliyahu Zehavi, as known as Eli, co-founded Mazor Robotics Ltd. since 2001 and has been its Executive Vice President of Advanced Technologies since August 4, 2017 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since 2001 until August 4, 2017. Mr. Zehavi is an experienced manager, responsible for developing and integrating the various elements that comprise Mazor's products. He draws on an extensive background in managing multidisciplinary projects, gained as director of engineering of Elscint (Israel) and as R&D project department manager of Gelman Sciences (USA).

Prof. Moshe Shoham, D.Sc., co-founded Mazor Robotics Ltd., in 2001 and has also been its Chief Technology Officer since 2003. Prof. Shoham co-founded Microbot Medical Inc. in 2010 and serves as its Scientific Director. He is a Co-Founder of Guide-X Ltd. He is a Co-Founder of Microbot Israel and has been its Chairman of Scientific Advisor Board. Prof. Shoham has been the Head of the robotics laboratory at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering since October 1990 and has been a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology since October 1989. Prof. Shoham is an acclaimed authority in the field of robotics. Prior to that, Dr. Shoham served as the director of the robotic laboratory in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Columbia University from September 1986 to September 1989. Dr. Shoham has served as a foreign member of the National Academy of Engineering in the United States since October 2014. He serves as Director of Mazor Surgical Technologies Ltd. He served as a Director of Microbot Medical Inc. since November 2010 until December 12, 2017 and serves as its Member of Scientific Advisory Board. He has been Director of Microbot Israel since November 2010. He serves as Member of Scientific Advisory Committee at MIGAL - Galilee Research Institute LTD. He served as Director of Mazor Robotics Ltd. from 2001 to 2011. Prof. Shoham served as Director of the robotic laboratory in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Columbia University (USA). He contributed to advances in the field at Elscint ( Israel ) and Israel Aircraft Industries. Dr. Shoham earned B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering in 1978, a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 1982 and a D.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 1986 all from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Doron Dinstein, M.D. has been the Chief Medical Officer of Mazor Robotics Ltd. since December 2012. Dr. Dinstein served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Mazor Robotics Ltd., and served as its Vice President of Business Development. since 2009 to 2012. He served as Vice President of Marketing at Mazor Robotics Ltd. He has 10 years of managerial experience in marketing medical devices. Prior to joining Mazor, he worked at Itamar Medical where he led the marketing and commercialization of its cardiovascular applications. His previous work was as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Magnolia Medical Technologies Ltd., a startup company he founded after graduating from medical school. Dr. Dinstein holds a Medical Doctor degree from the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University, Israel and an executive MBA degree from the Kellogg-Recanati program, a joint degree by Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Tel Aviv University's Recanati Faculty of Management.
