Mr. Prentice has been the Chief Executive Officer of Mazor Robotics, Inc., a US subsidiary of Mazor Robotics Ltd. since October 14, 2014 and served as its Commercial Leader since July 2016. Prof. Shoham co-founded Microbot Medical Inc. in 2010 and serves as its Scientific Director. He is a Co-Founder of Guide-X Ltd. He is a Co-Founder of Microbot Israel and has been its Chairman of Scientific Advisor Board. Prof. Shoham has been the Head of the robotics laboratory at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering since October 1990 and has been a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology since October 1989. Prof. Shoham is an acclaimed authority in the field of robotics. Prior to that, Dr. Shoham served as the director of the robotic laboratory in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Columbia University from September 1986 to September 1989. Dr. Shoham has served as a foreign member of the National Academy of Engineering in the United States since October 2014. He serves as Director of Mazor Surgical Technologies Ltd. He served as a Director of Microbot Medical Inc. since November 2010 until December 12, 2017 and serves as its Member of Scientific Advisory Board. He has been Director of Microbot Israel since November 2010. He serves as Member of Scientific Advisory Committee at MIGAL - Galilee Research Institute LTD. He served as Director of Mazor Robotics Ltd. from 2001 to 2011. Prof. Shoham served as Director of the robotic laboratory in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Columbia University (USA). He contributed to advances in the field at Elscint ( Israel ) and Israel Aircraft Industries. Dr. Shoham earned B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering in 1978, a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 1982 and a D.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 1986 all from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Doron Dinstein, M.D. has been the Chief Medical Officer of Mazor Robotics Ltd. since December 2012. Dr. Dinstein served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Mazor Robotics Ltd., and served as its Vice President of Business Development. since 2009 to 2012. He served as Vice President of Marketing at Mazor Robotics Ltd. He has 10 years of managerial experience in marketing medical devices.
