Everyone is very close and knows when there is time to joke around and when to get down to business (but can also sneak in some joking along with the business)

I enjoy the monthly meetings to make everyone feel connected as a company. Also everyone is encouraged to lean on the rest of the company as a resource and well of knowledge

Our manager regularly talks to each of us and makes sure that we are actually enjoying the work that we are doing. We're at a point where we can turn away work that we are not interested in.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
Working collaboratively with my coworkers to solve problems (a little difficult while working from home, but zoom group calls are a good solution). Working on difficult and complex problems and systems is why I wanted to join Mazzetti in the first place.
