Ms. Vanessa L. James has been a Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Logistics at Methanex Corporation since January 1, 2013. Ms. James is responsible for overseeing Methanex's core Marketing and Logistics functions as well as Methanex's wholly owned shipping subsidiary, Waterfront Shipping. Ms. James joined Methanex in 1995 and held previous position as Vice President of Marketing and Logistics North America since 2008. She is focused on providing leadership and direction to the Marketing and Logistics organisation globally.

Ms. Wendy L. Bach has been a Senior Vice President of Corporate Resources at Methanex Corporation since January 1, 2014 and served as its General Counsel from January 1, 2014 to February 29, 2016. Ms. Bach served as Vice President of Human Resources at Methanex Corp. since July 2, 2012 until December 31, 2013 and was responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of the organizations global Human Resource policies and practices. Ms. Bach provides strategic leadership and direction to enhance Methanex's ability to retain, attract and grow a high quality workforce. Ms. Bach served as Director of Investor Relations at Methanex Corp. Ms. Bach holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia and has been with Methanex since 2000.

Mr. Michael J. Herz, also known as Mike, has been a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Methanex Corporation since January 1, 2013. Mr. Herz oversees Methanex's corporate strategy and the identification and development of growth opportunities. He joined Methanex Corp. in 1995 and held several roles in finance, corporate development and marketing prior to his most recent position as Vice President, Marketing and Logistics, Asia Pacific where he played a key role in enhancing the Company's global leadership. Mr. Herz is a Canadian citizen and Chartered Accountant. He has been residing in Hong Kong since 2006.

Mr. Ian P. Cameron has been a Senior Vice President of Finance at Methanex Corporation since September 1999 and also has been its Chief Financial Officer since January 1,2003. Mr. Cameron served as Corporate Controller of Methanex Corp. from August 1993 to December 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Methanex Corporation from November 2010 to December 2012.

Mr. Kevin L. Henderson has been a Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Methanex Corporation since May 2016. Mr. Henderson is responsible for Methanex's North American assets, as well as enhancing reliability, asset utilization and Responsible Care?? across Methanex's manufacturing operations globally. His more than 40 years' experience in the methanol industry includes manufacturing, operational management and leadership and project leadership. Mr. Henderson serves as the Chairman of the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada (CIAC).

Mr. Brad Boyd has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Resources for Methanex Corp. since January 2018. Mr. Boyd is responsible for the Human Resources, Information Technology and Legal functions as well as executive oversight of Methanex's Egypt operations. Mr. Boyd joined the Company in 1996 and has held several roles in finance, with our Egypt operation and most recently as Vice President, Human Resources. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. Mr. Boyd has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Kevin Price serves as a Vice President of Legal, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Methanex Corporation and served as its Assistant General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer.

Mr. Kevin M. Maloney has been Managing Director of New Zealand at Methanex Corporation since April 2015 and served as its Manager of Customer Service and Logistics from March 2008 to October 2011. Mr. Maloney serves as a Director of Methanex New Zealand Limited and Methanex Motunui Limited.
