As a full-time employee you are eligible for health, dental and even eye insurance as well as stock and a 401K plan. That aside you also make a bit of commission off of large sales

My takeaway from the interview process was that they aren't necessarily expecting you to know a ton of product knowledge or brand history. They'e more so looking to get to know your personality and see if you'd fit in with the brand culture.

My team is highly motivated and sales driven. They often go above and beyond for the customer abiding by self set customer service standards. My team has a "one team one dream" mindset and are willing to whatever it takes to achieve any goal

Its rewarding to see how many customer's lives you brighten simply by giving the best recommendations. It's always surprising when customers who maybe have never heard of the brand or who had no intention of buying anything, become staunch fans of the brand and avid shoppers!
