It's a very friendly office. There is no culture of finger pointing orof people working for their own benefit. Everyone is truly oriented towards making great products and bringing the brand and experience to life.

My takeaway from the interview process was that they aren't necessarily expecting you to know a ton of product knowledge or brand history. They'e more so looking to get to know your personality and see if you'd fit in with the brand culture.

It was one on one and felt more intimate and grounded. Relaxed, rather then high strung
