Mr. Kevin Morgan serves as Vice President of Engineering at MontaVista Software, Inc. Mr. Morgan has 20 years of experience developing embedded and real-time computer systems for Hewlett-Packard Co. Experienced in operating systems and development, Mr. Morgan served as Vice President of engineering of Arxan Technologies, Inc. since September 26, 2006. Mr. Morgan was a member of the HP 1000 computer software design team. While at Hewlett-Packard, Mr. Morgan worked as an engineer, project manager and section manager spanning the development of five operating systems. Most recently serving as HP-UX Operating System Laboratory Manager, Mr. Morgan was responsible for overall HP-UX release planning, execution and delivery for Hewlett-Packard server computers. Mr. Morgan obtained his BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned his MS in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.

Stan Woo serves as the Vice President, Business Development and Sales of MontaVista Software. Stan started at MontaVista Software in July of 2005. Stan is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
