Overall, it started off fine but exploded within the last couple of years. Since then, it's been so stressful and the fear of being laid off is on everyone's minds. Every business decision only seems to make things worse off for the company.

Everyone is so stressed out in fear of losing their job. I just want an environment where that fear doesn't need to exist.

Knowing I won't lose my job when I walk in the door. Also not having to the jobs of other people because staff count is way down.

Last few months have been very stressful. Lots of people have been laid off and we aren't sure what's next. I wish we were given more information as to what our next goal is, instead of putting bandaids over things.
