What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Last few months have been very stressful. Lots of people have been laid off and we aren't sure what's next. I wish we were given more information as to what our next goal is, instead of putting bandaids over things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is handled by the company, and it's pretty good insurance too.

We talk about a lot of ideas, but always seem to implement the worst ones.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
great teamwork and fun to be apart of
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone is so stressed out in fear of losing their job. I just want an environment where that fear doesn't need to exist.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Given my position, there wasn't much that I needed to be a professional in.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Knowing I won't lose my job when I walk in the door. Also not having to the jobs of other people because staff count is way down.
