- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Last few months have been very stressful. Lots of people have been laid off and we aren't sure what's next. I wish we were given more information as to what our next goal is, instead of putting bandaids over things.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We talk about a lot of ideas, but always seem to implement the worst ones.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Everyone is so stressed out in fear of losing their job. I just want an environment where that fear doesn't need to exist.
