Varied depending on my supervisor. Sometimes my experience was great, sometimes I was miserable. Either way the company took up too much of my life and eventually asked me to be available in a way that was detrimental to my mental health.

Don't use meetings as a place to complain about your coworkers, your boss, or just complain in general. There's a difference between airing opinions and toxic negativity.

Just being transparent about who they are and what they want. Stop calling it an employee owned company, it philosophically is not. It will always be a family owned company run by the Wullfs.

It'd be nice for benefits and compensation to be treated as a right rather than a privilege that I should be grateful or grovel for. It's not about how far you've come in terms of pay for employees, it's about comparing yourself to the rest of the market.
