Lied to us and said that bmv wouldnt allow them to request duplicate for 5 business days. We called BMV. Total lie. Stopped our rental before settlement money was issued. Awful!

The management in the Ontario office is horrible. There is too much favoritism. The turnover rate is bad and employees are overworked.

Communication, expediting claims. Hiring competent agents. I seriously want the email address of the CEO.

Customers service by returning customers phone calls and Emails about current claims.

Workers should be more honest. My experience was all lies.
