
It was a natural conversation format of informing the candidate of what they'd be working on, what the vision of the company is and how they feel they can contribute to the company
The employee's willingness to improve and collaborate is something I haven't seen anywhere else.
Employees at the company are very competent and talented. Employees own up to mistakes and are always looking for ways to improve.
I feel undervalued because the company does not reward or compensate employees fairly. They lay-off employees, downgrade their benefits and refuse raises to at least inflation rates.
The leadership needs to uplift and reward their employees for jobs well done. The leadership needs to take accountability for their own decisions rather than gaslighting employees. The board of directors needs to get a grasp of what the CEO is really doing to the company
