He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Acies Corp. since July 2004 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Firer served as the President of Acies Inc., (formerly GM Merchant Solution, Inc.), since August 2002 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as Secretary of Acies Corp. since July 2004 and served as its Acting Chief Financial Officer. With an expansive knowledge of wireless communications, high speed internet and payment processing, Mr. Firer led operations of Acies Corp. from inception to profitability. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Acies Corp. from July 2004 to May 6, 2005 and its Treasurer from July 2004 to May 4, 2006. From November 2002 to December 2003, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Digital Wireless Universe, Inc. From December 2001 to November 2002, Mr. Firer served as the Managing Partner of Cellcellcell,llc. From March 1998 to December 2001, Mr. Firer served as Vice President of SpeedUS Corp. He has in the past includes experience as Senior Operations Manager, building presence and generating profitability in highly competitive markets. He also has proven achievements in new product launch, new market development and establishing market presence. He has been Independent Director of Progressive Care, Inc. since October 1, 2017. He serves as a Director of InList since November 3, 2014 and Star Capital. He served as Chairman of Acies, Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Acies Corp. since May 2005 and served as its Director. He serves as Chairman of Merchant Capital Holding Corp. He has been a Director of Net Element, Inc. since April 16, 2013. Mr. Firer also serves as a member of Mobile Advisory Council for ETA. Mr. Firer served on the Advisory Board of CellularJuice, Inc. He served as an Executive Chairman of Unified Payments, LLC. Mr. Firer was recognized by Forbes as one of the 5 Incredible Enterpreneurs and by Business Leader Magazine as a Top Enterpreneur in South Florida, named by Poder Magazine as one of the Most Influential People in Miami and recognized by Inc. Magazine as the founder of the fastest-growing private company in 2012. Mr. Vladimir Sadovskiy, also known as Vlad, has been President of Integrated Payments & Merchant Services at Net Element, Inc., since August 8, 2017. Mr. Sadovskiy served as President of Merchant Services at TOT Payments at Net Element, Inc. since September 2013 until August 8, 2017. He served as President of New Edge Payments and President of Indirect/Wholesale Division at Unified Payments, LLC and oversaw all revenue and customer operations, as well as business development and strategic partnerships. Mr. Sadovskiy served as President of Merchant Processing Services Corp (MPS) which he co-founded and served as its Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of MPS, he vitalized the growth with a merchant portfolio exceeding 15,000 merchants. He has an extensive background spanning 15 years in the bank card services business. He served in numerous roles covering from sales and sales management to operations and global technology functions. Mr. Sadovskiy has extensive career in merchant processing services included the responsibility and architecture of the systems and successful operations at First Data Merchant Services and Chase Merchant Services. From 1998 to 2005, he served various sales and operational positions with companies including First Data Merchant Services, Chase Merchant Services, Concord Payment Systems, IBM and NVS Communications. Mr. Sadovsiky is a Member of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) ISO Practices committee. Mr. Sadovskiy attended at City University of New York - Baruch College.

He has more than 20 years of experience transacting in business both locally and internationally. Mr. Wolberg operates a solo law practice in Newton, Massachusetts, Attorney Steven Wolberg, which he has operated since January 1997. He served as the Chief Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development for Mascot Networks in Cambridge, Massachusetts from January 2000 to September 2001. Since September 1996 Mr. Wolberg served as President of Oakland Properties Inc. From February 1993 to December 1994, Mr. Wolberg served as an Attorney in the real estate and corporate divisions of Attorneys Brown & Rudnick in Boston, Massachusetts. From March 1988 to November 1991, he was a Partner with the law firm of Jordaan and Wolberg in Johannesburg, South Africa.
