Mr. Oleg Firer has been Chief Executive Officer of Net Element, Inc. since April 16, 2013. Mr. Firer served as the Managing Partner of GMS Worldwide, LLC since August 2003. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Acies Corp. since July 2004 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Firer served as the President of Acies Inc., (formerly GM Merchant Solution, Inc.), since August 2002 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as Secretary of Acies Corp. since July 2004 and served as its Acting Chief Financial Officer. With an expansive knowledge of wireless communications, high speed internet and payment processing, Mr. Firer led operations of Acies Corp. from inception to profitability. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Acies Corp. from July 2004 to May 6, 2005 and its Treasurer from July 2004 to May 4, 2006. From November 2002 to December 2003, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Digital Wireless Universe, Inc. From December 2001 to November 2002, Mr. Firer served as the Managing Partner of Cellcellcell,llc. From March 1998 to December 2001, Mr. Firer served as Vice President of SpeedUS Corp. He has in the past includes experience as Senior Operations Manager, building presence and generating profitability in highly competitive markets. He also has proven achievements in new product launch, new market development and establishing market presence. He has been Independent Director of Progressive Care, Inc. since October 1, 2017. He serves as a Director of InList since November 3, 2014 and Star Capital. He served as Chairman of Acies, Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Acies Corp. since May 2005 and served as its Director. He serves as Chairman of Merchant Capital Holding Corp. He has been a Director of Net Element, Inc. since April 16, 2013. Mr. Firer also serves as a member of Mobile Advisory Council for ETA. Mr. Firer served on the Advisory Board of CellularJuice, Inc. He served as an Executive Chairman of Unified Payments, LLC. Mr. Firer was recognized by Forbes as one of the 5 Incredible Enterpreneurs and by Business Leader Magazine as a Top Enterpreneur in South Florida, named by Poder Magazine as one of the Most Influential People in Miami and recognized by Inc. Magazine as the founder of the fastest-growing private company in 2012. He is a member of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) Mobile Payments, ISO Practices and Risk, Fraud & Security committees. Mr. Firer studied Computer Science at New York Technical College from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Firer attended Business Management Classes in Phoenix University in 2000.

Mr. Vladimir Sadovskiy, also known as Vlad, has been President of Integrated Payments & Merchant Services at Net Element, Inc., since August 8, 2017. Mr. Sadovskiy served as President of Merchant Services at TOT Payments at Net Element, Inc. since September 2013 until August 8, 2017. He served as President of New Edge Payments and President of Indirect/Wholesale Division at Unified Payments, LLC and oversaw all revenue and customer operations, as well as business development and strategic partnerships. Mr. Sadovskiy served as President of Merchant Processing Services Corp (MPS) which he co-founded and served as its Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of MPS, he vitalized the growth with a merchant portfolio exceeding 15,000 merchants. He has an extensive background spanning 15 years in the bank card services business. He served in numerous roles covering from sales and sales management to operations and global technology functions. Mr. Sadovskiy has extensive career in merchant processing services included the responsibility and architecture of the systems and successful operations at First Data Merchant Services and Chase Merchant Services. From 1998 to 2005, he served various sales and operational positions with companies including First Data Merchant Services, Chase Merchant Services, Concord Payment Systems, IBM and NVS Communications. Mr. Sadovsiky is a Member of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) ISO Practices committee. Mr. Sadovskiy attended at City University of New York - Baruch College.

Mr. Steven Wolberg has been Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Net Element, Inc. since April 16, 2013. Mr. Wolberg served as the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary Unified Payments, LLC. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Acies Corp. (a/k/a Acies Inc.) from March 2010 to December 2012. He was the Owner and Managing Member of Prime Portfolios, LLC. He served as a Consultant of Acies Inc., from January 2009 to October 2009. He has more than 20 years of experience transacting in business both locally and internationally. Mr. Wolberg operates a solo law practice in Newton, Massachusetts, Attorney Steven Wolberg, which he has operated since January 1997. He served as the Chief Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development for Mascot Networks in Cambridge, Massachusetts from January 2000 to September 2001. Since September 1996 Mr. Wolberg served as President of Oakland Properties Inc. From February 1993 to December 1994, Mr. Wolberg served as an Attorney in the real estate and corporate divisions of Attorneys Brown & Rudnick in Boston, Massachusetts. From March 1988 to November 1991, he was a Partner with the law firm of Jordaan and Wolberg in Johannesburg, South Africa. From January 1986 to February 1988, Mr. Wolberg was employed as an Attorney with Goodman and North in Johannesburg, South Africa. He served as a Director of Acies Corp. from October 30, 2009 to December 2012. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Mr. Wolberg received Bachelor of Arts from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, his Bachelors of Laws from the University of Witwatersrand, in Johannesburg, South Africa and his Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. Jonathan New has been the Chief Financial Officer of Net Element, Inc. since October 2, 2012 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. New served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Net Element, Inc's predecessor Net Element, Inc., from March 10, 2008 to October 2, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of UniCapital Corporation since October 1997. Mr. New served as the Chief Financial Officer of Openfilm, LLC since March 10, 2008 until October 2, 2012. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ener1 Group, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. He served as Vice President and Controller of Delta Financial Corporation from August 1995 to December 1997. From March 1993 to August 1995, Mr. New served as a Controller of RAI Credit Corporation and served as its Chief Financial Officer. Since 2004 until it was sold in 2006, he owned and operated Wholesale Salon Furniture Corp.com. Until joining Net Element, he provided services to public companies on a variety of corporate accounting, reporting and audit related issues. Prior to joining Ener1, Inc. in 2001, he served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer of H???agen-Dazs, Virtacon, RAI Credit Corporation and Prudential of Florida. He began his career with Accenture. He is a Member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a BS in Accounting from Florida State University.

Mr. Curtis Wolfe is the Founder of LegalGuru LLC (alternate name Legalguru.Com) and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wolfe served as Secretary of Net Element International Inc. since January 23, 2008. He served as a Vice President and General Counsel of Net Element International Inc. (formerly, TOT Energy, Inc., Net Element, Inc.) since January 23, 2008. He served as General Counsel and Secretary of Ener1 Inc., since December 12, 2006. Mr. Wolfe served as General Counsel Net Element from June 2004 to August 2007 and also served as its Executive Vice President. He was a Partner at the law firm Steel Hector & Davis LLP, where he practiced law from 1998 to 2004. While at Steel Hector, he built a practice focusing on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, finance and intellectual property with an expertise in software licensing. He served as the Secretary at Openfilm, LLC. He served for 11 years in the United States Air Force. Mr. Wolfe has been a Director of the Zoological Society of Florida since 2002. He has been Director at Openfilm, LLC. since 2004. He served as a Director of Net Element International Inc. from December 2004 to October 2012. From 2002 to 2004, he served as on the Board of Directors of Miami-Dade County Beacon Council, Inc., Miami-Dade County, Florida's official economic development agency. Mr. Wolfe holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.I.S. in English, Mathematics and Latin American studies from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.

Mr. Suresh Menon has been Chief Executive Officer of Net Element - GCC, India, Africa at Net Element, Inc. since October 13, 2015. Mr. Menon served as the Chief Executive Officer of Net Element (GCC, India) at Net Element, Inc. until October 13, 2015. Mr. Menon joined Net Element in March 2015. He is a 25-year senior financial services executive with a focus on payment systems, cards and process automation technology. He has significant experience in different executive leadership roles including as Chief Executive Officer of a leading UAE-based corporation. He founded a startup Ubiqu Group that focuses on delivering efficiencies in the payments sector. Mr. Menon is instrumental in introducing numerous important payment technology solutions to UAE and the GCC States region, including Dubai's first Automated Fine Payment solution for Dubai Police, UAE's first cash deposit machine and project design of Wage Protection System in collaboration with Emirates ID Authority for both locals and expatriates. Mr. Menon has introduced to the region solutions in retail management, government payments, government authority fees, credit bureau services, RTA and DOT Services.

Katy Westman serves as the Vice President of Finance of Net Element. Katy started at Net Element in August of 2018. Katy currently resides in Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.

Shawn Brown serves as the Vice President of Risk Management of Net Element. Shawn started at Net Element in December of 2013. Shawn currently resides in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.
