Mr. Richard J. Thomas, also known as Rick, has been Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at OssDsign AB since April 20, 2016. Mr. Thomas has invaluable experience having previously served in the positions in sales and marketing at Medtronic, ApaTech and Baxter, where he last served as International Sales Director. Mr. Thomas served as a Senior Advisor to Lane Berry's Healthcare investment banking unit and is a founding partner of Lehmann Thomas, LLC, a consulting partnership providing strategic planning, technology assessment and business development services to the medical device industry. Mr. Thomas was previously with: NeuroMetrix, Inc., EndoMatrix, Inc., C.R. Bard, Inc., Baxter Travenol Laboratories, and NEN-DuPont Radiopharmaceuticals. He served as President of NeuroMetrix, Inc. until 2002. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of EndoMatrix, Inc., a development stage company acquired by C.R. Bard, Inc. From 1991 to 1996, he served as Group Vice President and a member of C.R. Bard's Management Executive Committee. At Bard since 1984, he founded and ran the Bard Ventures Division, forming new operating divisions including Bard Electrophysiology and Bard Interventional Products. He served as President of the Bard Ventures Division. Mr. Thomas held various marketing positions with Clinical Assays Division of Baxter Travenol Laboratories and with NEN-DuPont Radiopharmaceuticals. He served as Chairman of the advisory board for the Health, Sciences and Technology Program at Harvard/MIT. He serves as Director of the MassMEDIC Enterprise Development Resource Center. He serves as Director of MediSpectra, Inc. He serves as a member of Health, Sciences and Technology Program at Harvard/MIT. Mr. Thomas obtained a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Clark University and completed the Executive Management Development Program at Boston University.

Mr. Michael J. MacDonald, also known as Mike, has been Senior Vice President & General Manager of Diagnostics at NeuroMetrix Inc. since July 6, 2017. Mr. MacDonald served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at NeuroMetrix Inc. until July 6, 2017. Mr. MacDonald served as Vice President of Marketing of NeuroMetrix Inc. since May 2008. Mr. MacDonald joined NeuroMetrix in September 2000 and has held several marketing and sales positions including Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Healthcare Economics, Director of Marketing and Region Sales Manager. Prior to joining NeuroMetrix, he held various marketing positions at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, a world leader in minimally invasive surgical devices. These roles were focused on leading the company's efforts to diversify into additional minimally invasive markets with the development of innovative surgical techniques and devices. Prior to Smith & Nephew, he served in multiple product management roles at Deknatel, Inc., a company specializing in the development of products for cardiovascular and other specialty surgery markets. Mr. MacDonald holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Mr. Thomas T. Higgins, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of NeuroMetrix Inc. since September 2009. Mr. Higgins served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Caliper Life Sciences, Inc., from January 2005 to April 4, 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Operations of V.I. Technologies, Inc. (now Panacos Pharmaceuticals Inc.), a biotechnology company developing novel anti-infective Technologies, from June 1998 to January 2005 and also served as its Secretary and Principal Accounting Officer until January 2005. Mr. Higgins was responsible for finance and accounting, fund raising, investor relations and research and development support activities at VI Technologies, Inc. and also responsible for Vitex' New York-based plasma manufacturing business until its divestiture in 2001. Prior to joining VI Technologies, Inc., Mr. Higgins was with the Cabot Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company, from 1985 to 1997, served as its President of Distrigas of Massachusetts Corporation, a former subsidiary of the Cabot Corporation. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cabot's Liquified Natural Gas Division since 1997. From 1989 to 1997, he served the Cabot Corporation in Asia, as Vice President. He also served as General Manager of the Pacific Asia Carbon Black Division in Malaysia from 1996 to 1997 and its Managing Director in Indonesia from 1990 to 1995. Previously, he was with Price Waterhouse. He served as Director of New Ventures in Japan from 1989 to 1990. Mr. Higgins holds a B.B.A. from Boston University.

Mr. Francis X. McGillin, also known as Frank, has been the Chief Commercial Officer NeuroMetrix Inc. and its Senior Vice President since August 2014. Mr. McGillin served as General Manager of Consumer at NeuroMetrix Inc. from August 2014 to November 8, 2016. He was responsible for development of a consumer healthcare business built on the NeuroMetrix's wearable therapeutic technology for treatment of chronic pain which was cleared by the FDA for over-the-counter use without a prescription requirement. He has over 20 years experience building successful, high-growth consumer brands at Philips Oral Healthcare and at Johnson & Johnson. At Philips, he was responsible for building the global oral care business of Sonicare to become the #1 brand in the nearly $1 billion dollar US power toothbrush market. During his career he has launched over 50 new products and product upgrades and managed businesses across markets including diagnostic imaging, healthcare informatics, medical devices, dental and consumer technology. Mr. McGillin holds an MBA degree from Fordham University and a BS degree from Northeastern University.

Thomas Higgins serves as the SVP, CFO of NeuroMetrix. Thomas started at NeuroMetrix in September of 2009. Thomas currently resides in Greater Boston Area.

Michael MacDonald serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Diagnostics of NeuroMetrix. Michael currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
