They seem to be taking the company in the right direction. There is a lot of growth right now and I think it's because of the good decisions being made.

The pay and bonus, PTO time (I always want more) but it's fair. The 401K is a good match program and so far good return on the money I and Nextech contribute.

I liked the efficiency of it all. The recruiter I spoke to was very good at asking me relevant questions and painting a good portrait of what it is really like working at Nextech. She said the truth and didn't just sell me.

Nextech is a great place to work and like any other place there are days we rather be at the beach. However, all the people I work with always try their best to be the best everyday. Everyone I work with is respectful and supportive. We strive to be healthy, promote fun and be there for one another.
