What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are human, they share, they listen, they make decisions for the good of the group.
They seem to be taking the company in the right direction. There is a lot of growth right now and I think it's because of the good decisions being made.

The leadership team at Nextech is the best I have ever worked with. They are unified which is very hard to come by. Even when there is tension, there is humor right along side of it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO policy is best
Nextech's compensation package is great but you have to earn it. Nextech is a pay for performance company so if you perform well, meet your goals then you are compensated for that.

I was offered two raises in a time span of 5 months.
Very comprehensive compensation package (includes benefits, bonuses, and merit increases).

The pay and bonus, PTO time (I always want more) but it's fair. The 401K is a good match program and so far good return on the money I and Nextech contribute.

The collaboration that happens to achieve goals and the overall respect among each other.

We each have different strengths. Together we are stronger. We all look out for each other, learn from each other and come together when necessary to get the job done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is seen as an individual contributor. We all work together towards a common goal of making ourselves, our teams, and the organization more successful.

Nextech is a great place to work and like any other place there are days we rather be at the beach. However, all the people I work with always try their best to be the best everyday. Everyone I work with is respectful and supportive. We strive to be healthy, promote fun and be there for one another.
