I was very comfortable during the interview process. It has gotten better since then too.
What makes you most happy at work?
I was going to say my team because we really work so well together but it's really everyone in this company that makes it so wonderful to work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We each have different strengths. Together we are stronger. We all look out for each other, learn from each other and come together when necessary to get the job done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nextech's compensation package is great but you have to earn it. Nextech is a pay for performance company so if you perform well, meet your goals then you are compensated for that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Nextech is the best I have ever worked with. They are unified which is very hard to come by. Even when there is tension, there is humor right along side of it.
