Mr. Robert B. Atwell, also known as Bob, has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Nicolet Bankshares Inc. since May 24, 2016. Mr., Atwell served as a Co-Chairman, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President of Nicolet Bankshares Inc. from April 29, 2016 to May 24, 2016. Mr. Atwell served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Nicolet Bankshares Inc. since 2002 until April 29, 2016. Mr. Atwell co-founded Nicolet National Bank on November 1, 2000 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 2000. Mr. Atwell served as the President of Nicolet National Bank since 2000. He worked with Associated Bank Green Bay from 1987 to 2000 in various capacities, most recently served as Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer. He has been the Chairman of Nicolet Bankshares Inc. and Nicolet National Bank since May 24, 2016. He served as the Chairman of Nicolet Bankshares Inc., since 2002 until April 29, 2016 and of its subsidiary Nicolet National Bank since 2000 until April 29, 2016. Mr. Atwell has been a Director of Nicolet National Bank and Nicolet Bankshares Inc., since 2000. He is a graduate of Beloit College in 1980 and the Yale School of Management in 1983.

Ms. Ann K. Lawson, CPA, CMA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Nicolet National Bank since April 2009. Ms. Lawson has also been the Chief Financial Officer of Nicolet Bankshares Inc. since February 2, 2009. She is responsible for all financial functions at Nicolet National Bank, including accounting, reporting, treasury and internal audit. Ms. Lawson served as the director of corporate accounting with a local bank holding company.

Mr. Patrick Joseph Madson has been Head of Wealth Management and Senior Vice President at Nicolet National Bank since April 01, 2016. Mr. Madson serves as Senior Vice President of Wealth Management of Nicolet National Bank, a subsidiary of Nicolet Bankshares Inc. He has been with Nicolet Bank since February 4, 2016. Prior to joining Nicolet Bank, he served as a Principal Financial Advisor at Navigator Planning Group LLC.
