Ms. Thanh H. Lam also known as Tawny, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Nova Lifestyle, Inc. since April 11, 2017 and June 30, 2011 respectively and its Chairman since June 04, 2013. Ms. Lam served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Nova Lifestyle, Inc. since October 7, 2016 until April 11, 2017. She has 20 years of experience in developing a furniture brand and marketing to the U.S. furniture industry. Ms. Lam served as the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Diamond Sofa in Commerce, California, wholly owned subsidiary acquired in August 2011. She has pioneered the Diamond Sofa brand since 1992. Ms. Lam has been a Director at Nova Lifestyle, Inc. since June 30, 2011. Ms. Lam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the California State University of Los Angeles. She is fluent in English, Chinese and Vietnamese.

Mr. Jeffery Chuang has been Chief Financial Officer at Nova Lifestyle, Inc. since August 22, 2017. Mr. Chuang serves as is the tax manager at Leslie, Wallace & Associates, LLP. Mr. Chuang works on corporate, partnership and high net-worth individual tax compliance and planning. He served as the managing partner of Z & C CPAs, LLP from June 2011 to August 2017. Mr. Chuang was auditor-in-charge in several local CPA firms where he gained extensive experience with auditing a variety of privately held companies, primarily in the manufacturing, retail and distribution industries. He has been a Director of Weikang Bio-Technology Group Co., Inc. since April 8, 2011. Mr. Chuang is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Chuang received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge in 1997 and his Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2006. He is fluent in English and Chinese.

Ms. Mindy Su has been Corporate Secretary at Nova Lifestyle, Inc. since November 11, 2016 and has been its a Director since August 22, 2017. From 2012 to November 11, 2016, Ms. Su served as the accounts payable coordinator of Diamond Bar Outdoors Inc., a subsidiary of Nova Lifestyle, Inc. and its Executive Secretary. Ms. Su received her Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce Business from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2005.

Robin Bond serves as the Editor and Publication Director of Lifestyle Publications. Robin started at Lifestyle Publications in May of 2016. Robin currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.
