Mr. Robert F. Shuford has been a Director of Old Point Financial Corporation since 2009. Mr. Shuford received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He has had previous management and technical experience in the operations, sales, and marketing fields as a Director and Vice President at other companies. He is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management. In June 2012, he was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President Officer with executive responsibility for Branch Administration, Retail Services, Facilities, Bank Applications, Information Technology, Electronic Banking, Account Services and Marketing. In September 2015, he was promoted to President and CEO of Old Point National Bank of Phoebus (the ???Bank???). He formerly served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. He has been appointed by the Mayor and the Governor to serve the City of Hampton and the Commonwealth of Virginia in various capacities.

Mr. Jordan serves as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Old Point Trust & Financial Services, N.A. at Old Point Financial Corporation. He serves as Secretary at Old Point Financial Corporation and served as its Executive Vice President since 2003. He served as an Executive Vice President of Old Point Trust & Financial Services at Old Point Financial Corp. He held many years of estate planning and fiduciary law experience. He serves as Director of Old Point Trust and Financial Services, N.A. He served as the President of the Peninsula Estate Planning Council. He served as member of Peninsula Estate Planning Council. He served as a member, Director, or Trustee of several civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Jordan held a Certificate of Trust Management and Juris Doctor from the Campbell University. Mr. Jordan earned a B.A. from North Caroline Wesleyan College.

Mr. Joseph R. Witt has been Director of Old Point Financial Corp. since December 11, 2007 and served as its Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer since 2015. Mr. Witt received his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, his M.B.A. from the University of Richmond and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He worked as an auditor and tax accountant for an international accounting firm for five years after graduating from college with a degree in Accounting. He spent eight years as Director of Finance for a national medical distribution company. He joined Ferguson Enterprises in 1996 as Corporate Controller and served as Ferguson's Corporate Treasurer from 1999 to 2008.

Ms. Erin Black, MBA, APR, serves as Senior Vice President of The Old Point National Bank Of Phoebus and has been its Marketing Director since November 2010. Ms. Black served as Vice President of The Old Point National Bank Of Phoebus since November 2010.

Mr. Donald S. Buckless has been Chief Lending Officer of Old Point Financial Corporation and Old Point National Bank of Phoebus since 2016 and serves as its Executive Vice President.
