Thay care about your job and most especially about how you feel with your tasks. They simoly care about you making sure you're doing well personally and towards works.

When ports are scheduled and completed. Most especially the happiness and gratefulness of the customers I encounter. It also makes me happy when co-workers are interactive in the fun-stuff and pets channel in Slack.

When I see a lot of new port-in requests because it means I'll have a lot to do and that OpenPhone will have more customers. Another thing would be the excitement to see new updates of my co-employees' pets and fave music or new foods that we share in group messages.
