What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very interactive. I love the teainings they have available for DEI & LGTBQIA+
Everyone comes from all walks of life and no one is judgemental. I feel comfortable in this work environment.

Collaborating with team mates and being trusted to work on my own things
When I see a lot of new port-in requests because it means I'll have a lot to do and that OpenPhone will have more customers. Another thing would be the excitement to see new updates of my co-employees' pets and fave music or new foods that we share in group messages.
