Mr. Hitomaro Yano has been Head of Treasury & Accounting Headquarters of ORIX Corporation since January 1, 2018. Mr. Yano has been an Executive Officer of ORIX Corporation since January 1, 2017. Mr. Yano served as the Deputy Head of Treasury Headquarters and General Manager of Treasury Department at ORIX Corporation until January 1, 2018. He served as the President of ORIX Wholesale Securities Corporation.

Mr. Kazuo Kojima has been Deputy President and Chief Financial Officer of ORIX Corporation since June 23, 2015. Mr. Kojima has been the Head of Global Business and Alternative Investment Headquarters at ORIX Corporation since January 2014. He served as Corporate Executive Vice President of ORIX Corp. from January 2008 to June 22, 2015 and served as its Head of Domestic Sales Administrative Headquarters from January 2010 to September 10, 2012. He joined ORIX Corp. on April 1980. He served as its Head of Tokyo Sales at ORIX Corp. since June 2010. Previously, he served as the President of ORIX Capital Corporation on March 2009. He also served as a Corporate Senior Vice President of Real Estate Finance Headquarters and Special Investments Group Finance Department II of ORIX Corp. on January 2007. He was responsible for Securitized Products Office of ORIX on January 2006. Mr. Kojima served as an Executive Officer of Real Estate Finance Headquarters at Orix Corp. on February 2005. He served as the Chairman of Orix Rentec Corporation and Orix Auto Corporation until September 10, 2012. He was Deputy Head of Real Estate at ORIX's Finance Headquarters on April 2003. He serves as the Chairman of Orix Capital Corporation and has been a Director of ORIX Corp. since June 2008. Mr. Kojima obtained a Faculty of Economics degree from Keio University.

Mr. Kazutaka Shimoura serves as Corporate Senior Vice President and Head of Credit & Investment Management Headquarters at ORIX Corporation. Mr. Shimoura served as the Head of Risk Management Headquarters at ORIX Corporation since January 1, 2013. He was responsible for Group Internal Audit Department at ORIX until January 1, 2018. Mr. Shimoura served as Executive Officer of Risk Management Headquarters at ORIX Corp. from January 2010 to January 1, 2013. Mr. Shimoura joined ORIX in 1984 after beginning his career at National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations(formerly Hyogo Prefecture Economic Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives). After a number of positions in the ORIX, he served as the Corporate Senior Vice President of ORIX Life Insurance Corporation since March 2006 and held Directorship and Corporate Senior Vice President of the same corporation in January 2007. Mr. Shimoura served as Deputy Division Manager of Tokyo Sales Office in October 2008. He served as the President at ORIX Capital Corporation since March 2008 and later its Deputy Head of Eastern Japan in the Domestic Sales Administrative Headquarters since November 2008. He served as Human Resources Group Manager in March 2005, General Affairs Department Manager in March 2002, Minami Osaka Branch Manager in February 1996 and Fukuyama Branch Manager in February 1995 at Orix Corp. After Mr. Shimoura graduated from university, he worked for Hyogo Prefecture Economic Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives in April 1978.

Mr. Yasuaki Mikami has been Head of Group Human Resources & Corporate Administration Headquarters and Executive Officer at ORIX Corporation since January 1, 2017. Mr. Mikami is responsible for Secretariat of The Board of Directors and for Work Style Reform Project. He served as Deputy Head of Group Human Resources & Corporate Administration Headquarters at ORIX Corporation until January 1, 2017.
