Mr. Dennis K. Andrews has been a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Alabama Division of Otelco Inc. since August 2006 and has been its General Manager of Missouri Division since July 2012. Mr. Andrews served as General Manager of Brindlee Telephone Company and Blountsville Telephone Company, Inc. since November 2005. He served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Otelco Inc. (Rural LEC Acquisition LLC) since July 2000. He served as Vice President of Otelco Inc., since November 2005. Mr. Andrews served for 21 years at Brindlee where he held several positions, including Vice President of Finance, General Manager, Operations Manager and Accounting Department Manager.

Mr. Curtis L. Garner, Jr., has been the Chief Financial Officer of Otelco Inc. (formerly, Rural Lec Acquisition LLC) since February 2, 2004 and serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Board Secretary. Previously, Mr. Garner provided Consulting Services to a number of businesses and not-for-profit organizations since October 2002. He served at Ptek Holdings Inc. from November 1997 to September 2002 (including one year as a consultant), first as President of its Premiere Communications division and later as Chief Administrative Officer of its VoiceCom division. Prior thereto, Mr. Garner spent approximately 26 years at&T Corp., retiring in 1997 as the Chief Financial Officer of the Southern and Southwestern Regions of AT&T Corp.'s consumer long distance business. He has been a Director of Otelco Inc. since May 14, 2015.

Mr. Edwin D. Tisdale has been Senior Vice President at Otelco Inc. since May 2014 and serves as its General Manager of New England. Mr. Tisdale serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Granby Telephone & Telegraph Co. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Saco River Telephone LLC. He serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Global Valley Networks, financial partners of Country Road Communications, LLC and is responsible for financial planning, control and reporting, regulatory issues and tariff management and customer billing. Mr. Tisdale served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Pine Tree Networks. He served as Senior Vice President of New England RLEC at Otelco Inc. since July 2010. He also Mr. Tisdale served as Senior Vice President of New England Support Services at Otelco Inc. He joined Otelco in October 2008. He served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the CR Companies from 2000 until they were acquired by Otelco in October 2008. He joined Pine Tree in 1996 as General Manager. He served as Owner and President of Northern Capital Corporation. He has led PTN through many major regulatory and legal changes including Basic Service Calling Area and local and access rate changes. He serves as Director of the Telephone Association of Maine and serves on the Legislative Committee. Mr. Tisdale graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine, where he holds a Business Administration degree with a major in accounting.

Mr. Jerry C. Boles has been Senior Vice President of Otelco Inc. since July 2010 and its Controller since January 1999. Mr. Boles served as a Vice President of Otelco Inc. He served as a Vice President of Otelco Inc. since January 1999 and re appointed. He served as a Controller of McPherson Oil Company for 14 years. Mr. Boles also worked in public accounting for 10 years, is certified as a CPA by the State of Alabama and is a Member of the AICPA.

Curtis Garner serves as the CFO of OTELCO. Curtis started at OTELCO in February of 2004. Curtis currently resides in the Birmingham, Alabama Area.

Trevor Jones serves as the Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service of OTELCO. Trevor started at OTELCO in March of 2017. Trevor currently resides in the Portland, Maine Area.
